Frank Russo is Founder and Executive Vice President of Procor Solutions + Consulting.
Mr. Russo is an expert in the isolation, quantification and professional presentation of financial losses and/or delays stemming from events such as construction delays, business interruption, party disputes, natural disasters, crimes and cyber attacks. Over his career, Mr. Russo has helped his clients collect over $10 Billion dollars in recovery.
Mr. Russo has assisted clients in the mitigation and recovery of large scale disasters such as the terrorist acts of 9/11/01, Hurricane Katrina, the 2004 Hurricane Season in Florida, the Gulf Oil Disaster, Japan Earthquake/Tsunami, Superstorm Sandy and the historic 2017 hurricane season. He has been named Appraiser and is experienced in dispute mediation and arbitration for many high-dollar financial disputes.
Mr. Russo has been recognized as a global thought leader in his field and frequently publishes articles and speaks on topics such as disaster management, construction claims, business interruption and commercial property loss mitigation. Mr. Russo served on the New York Building Congress Task Force on New York City Storm Preparedness discussing the impacts of Superstorm Sandy. Mr. Russo worked closely with Pace University in the design and implementation of their Summit on Resilience conferences aimed at securing public and private partnerships by identifying major roadblocks to resilience.
Prior to co-founding Procor, Mr. Russo was the group Managing Director and practice leader of Aon Property Risk Consulting, a North American practice of approximately 108 property risk professionals. Mr. Russo led Aon's disaster and claim services for clients and partners affected by Superstorm Sandy, managing and collecting over $2 Billion in commercial property and business interruption claims. Mr. Russo received multiple awards during his tenure at Aon such as the "Excellence Roundtable for Outstanding Achievement" in 2005 and was selected to partake in advanced leadership training programs such as Accelerate and Catalyst, a program delivered in partnership with Harvard Business School. In 2013, Mr. Russo was selected as one of the Top 300 executives at Aon in the U.S.
Mr. Russo received a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice from Rutgers University. He also received an Executive MBA from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University and is a lifetime member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the International Business Honors Society.
Mr. Russo holds a Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation from the International Risk Management Institute; an Associate in Risk Management designation from the Insurance Institute of America; and is a verified Cyber Insurance Risk Manager (CyRM) granted by the Associated Risk Managers of Ohio.
Each year from 2015 to 2018, Mr. Russo was selected as a finalist for "Top Gun of the Year" for production and growth amongst a base of over 7,500 participants and was the winner of "Rookie of the Year" in 2015 during his first full year leading Procor.
